I highly recommend Air Pros of San Antonio! My experience with them has been outstanding from start to finish. Their customer service is excellent—they respond quickly, communicate well, and make it easy to get an appointment when you need one.

Recently, I had a condensation issue with my A/C system that was causing damage to my sheetrock. Air Pros responded immediately, came out to assess the problem, provided a fair estimate, and completed the repair that same day. Their pricing was very reasonable, and the quality of their work was exceptional.

I’ve worked with Sammy on all three of my service visits, and he has been consistently professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He took the time to explain what was happening, answered all of my questions, and made sure everything was repaired correctly.

Joe, the owner, has also been wonderful to work with. He’s very responsive and does an excellent job of getting appointments scheduled promptly.

These guys are rock stars!  Our A/C went out right before going out of town before the 4th of July weekend.  They squeezed us into their schedule, came out to the house, fixed the A/C, came in the house to test the repair, locked the house back up and all at a fair price.  I couldn't be happier. Sammy was my HVAC specialist who came out and he was so thorough and honest. After having two larger companies come out before, one that made me cry from being short and rude to me for just asking basic questions, the other who refused to test my HVAC parts, Sammy was patient, knowledgeable and very thorough. He tested everything shared all of his findings with me to help me understand and offered to directly show me the hardware/leak issues as well so that I understood. He showed me part prices for my older unit and helped me understand the risks of repair versus getting a new unit. He also offered me different solutions partial unit, whole, and great deals on both. After getting hit with a sky-high quote from one of the big companies, these guys were a breath of fresh air. Fair prices, fast service, and it’s great having a local Helotes company you can trust. Air Pros installed a new Trane home air conditioner for us this past summer.  We were so pleased with their service and price that we decided to have them insulate and put a mini split in our garage, which we had done last week.  We LOVE it! I'm a little staggered. I've been stalling like crazy on having someone out to work on our unit because of the horror stories... Then the unit started making a weird rattling noise and, knowing it was old, I was braced for an automatic "You need to replace it" or at least "You should let us do expensive maintenance."
Not only does Joe offer a texting option on his website which made it super easy to each out even during the workday, he responded quickly, came over same-day to check it out, and was able to take care of the issue in minutes. Walked us through what happened, gave us a straight answer on what to expect for the unit (and what it will cost to replace it when it's finally time!) and was just... I'm beyond grateful!!
